I've also been playing my Sega Genesis, and MAN! Does it ROCK!!! WHOOOOOS!!! Well, the baby looked cute, but the Hovv looked like a mix between a Vortian and an Irken... It didn't really look like a different species. But maybe it was just the artist...?

They kinda related to the irkens as there ancesters mix breeded with a crew of lost Irkens a long time ago in the past.
